BSNL is the government telecommunications company in India. It service is available almost every where in India because I belong to Pangi tehsil of Chamba district and there is only BSNL company tower is available. And no other telecommunications companies are in this area. That’s why it is only one choice for user.
It availability is not enough for user . It can not working as well in this area. It network is very weak. Some time network problem increase and if any some one trying to call other more time to complete the calling and internet connection speed is also very weak some time if I tried to open only Google homepage it will take minimum five minutes to open that page.
And I currently lives in Chamba city here is calling network is Ok but the internet connection speed is very bad. In Chamba city 3g is also available but it can run only in market area . My room is available DAV SCHOOL and there internet service speed is not good.
BSNL company has good plans in earlier but in few years ago they rises the call rates that is not good.
I and many users wants to improve the bsnl network problem so we will use in future otherwise there are other companies are available. But like Pangi area there is only one choice to choose and can hope improvement in network problem because we have no other option.
I advise other people if you wants to choose bsnl then u previously confirmed that its services is working properly in that area.
