I opted this network as majority of them using this network. I got this network as there is jodi sim from my father’s Number.
Likes:
1.Network - Everywhere.
2.3G- Speed.
3.Customer Service- Prompt attending of Calls and hearing our Complaints.
- Jodi Sim Card - In between services - Free.
Dislikes:
Everywhere Network is there - But the Week Network. Only if you visit some open place or balcony - You will get Good Network Coverage. If you talk, it will be like " Some Words Wont be heard properly. It is really irritating.
3G - Speed is Good. But When 3G comes its good. But most of the time it will be changed to either 2G / E, Its dead slow can’t use Skype / Voice Call / Whatspp / Internet Browsing.
Customer service - They will hear complaints promptly but it will not executed until the next time we call them .
Only between jodi sim card its good. Outside it is not cheap. Cost is high.
I request everyone If you opt for the good network operator, first be sure you are not going to opt BSNL.
Billing - Costly for the mobile phones- Except Landline - As it is outdated now a days. They never give anything for lowest prces as by the other network operators.
