Its disheartening to know that BSNL, one of the oldest and higher coverage areas performance so little. I like the fact that BSNL is available even in the remotest of places. But call quality, customer service, data speeds are terribly bad.
They can make it better but since its a government entity, no one cares for betterment of it. None to blame. The employees in BSNL are rude, timeless, and have no sincerity for the work they do. No Customer is our god ideology.
Hope they realise and stop being such nincompoops.
