I am using bsnl3g form 3 years but till now there is no improvement in the service of this company
BSNL 3g mobile operator is it totally waste service provided by the government the only government telecom sector service BSNL and it is the worst service in the whole market of the Telecom.
The data plan and the other services on the BSNL is co mparatively at Higher price in the car service of the BSNL is also not not that much good which is provided by the others service telecom companies but there is BSNL is a government company there for it is still now surviving in the market but I am I say that if they improve the quality of service then they will be the top of the Indian service in the telecom sector the legging part of this bsnl3g mobile operator company is that they just don’t provide the customer satisfaction and they never think about the customer they always think that I should earn money a lot from the customer and I think in today’s world money is not important the customer satisfaction is important so my suggestion for the bsnl3g mobile operator is that you should give a better service and after that you may be an envelope from the amount which are you are earning from the current services.
Really recommend my friends and my family that I should not go for the BSNL services instead they should go for others comparatively better services BSNL company will give you a great service then definitely I will choose again to the company BSNL because it is a government and from my side Government companies are really trustable but still deviational three G is not a trustable of Creative so I will not to go for the bsnl3g as you are mobile operator thanks a lot
