I have a sim of 3 operators in that Bsnl is one. I took it for Data purpose . Bsnl is good at Data providing but their customer care services are slightly bad but you can get VALUE for your MONEY . Afterall It is a Central Government And India’s Telecom Opearator . As a INDIAN I always want to support MY COUNTRY peoples
