Namastey freinds, bharat samchar nigam limited is a goverment operated company. I have purchased bsnl card one month ago. Because its goverment company I trust them. But its really wrost service I have ever seen till date. Its 3g service is like 2.5 g, not up to the mark. bsnl has improve network quality to satisfy customer. I cant tell u its really big problem in network department. Even some time I cant connect internet properly. So why I paid money to bsnl? . So I decided to quit bsnl and buy some oher company card. So Freinds I suggest to bsnl to improve network quality.
