DOCKET NUMBER: K17CD300000 (CANNOT BE TRACKED ON BSNL SITE, WE GET ERROR MESSAGE).
Dated: 18th November, 2013 around 10:00 pm night.
(Also, many times complaint registered earlier over phone and online. NO USE, NOTHING HAPPENS).
COMPLAINT MATTER:-
Have ported from Reliance to BSNL. Subscribed to postpaid 7GB 3G data plan along with Rs.99 voice plan. Ported on 5th Nov night. Left city so put sim in normal phone, and calling worked fine all through. Returned Kolkata 13th November 2013 and put sim in SONY EXPERIA Z1 C6902 smartphone (android) and data is not working.
Have called customer service number over 65 (after I started counting) times since then, but to no use. They always make me download the settings and say it will work now. That "NOW" never comes. I have a MICRO sim. Calls coming and going, but no 3G and no data.
Today I have been twice advised to try setting manually, but that also did not work. Last night and this afternoon I have been told that this is a technical problem being faced not only by me, but many others too, and BSNL is working on this. They could not do anything else. Why such harassment?
I am losing business due to non working of data on your sim after porting. If anything is wrong with sim change it, else do find the source of problem and solve it, my billing cycle is on and am not being able to use the service you will make me pay for.
For your information, I have done everything needed to set correctly the settings on the phone, so I know something is wrong from your side only.
Further, when I put my mothers sim of BSNL, the Lenovo and Xperia phones are correctly setting up the data and working perfectly fine and 3G is working and showing. But with my sim and number, it is NOT.
Kindly take action at your end, and advise if I need to do anything such as get sim replaced or anything. JUST DO SOMETHING and dont keep sitting. AWAIT ACTION.
