I am using this service operator.It offers many data pack plans but one of the worst thing about it is worst network connectivity.Even I recharged for ₹444 for 90 days with plan 4gb data per day but I can slow network makes it to be used only 400 mb data per day.
In my area, there is not much traffic in this service provider because major are Jio-customers.In spite of it, BSNL-3G goes with bad connection problem.Signal strength is more or less one stick in my office.So, I creates panic because I cannot work with my projects online.
Customer Service-On referring to customer care about slow connectivity, they only provides hope and nothing else.
No more Product-Like jio, it does not provide unlimited talktime in affordable plan.Also its app is not worthy means it does not satisfy multipurpose features like mobile TV, News, Shopping etc.
BSNL is only titular operator and creats connectivity error always.So it is just avoidable.
