Network problem is very big my mother is using one bsnl sim when is talking inside a home voice is not when come outside from house then voice will leasen clear.
Customer service didn’t like they have not solve my problem network problem in48 h they extended by problem.
3G speed of bsnl were I leave is 60-70 kbps which is were low then reliance airtel and vodafone.
Charging are very high no offer provide bsnl to their customer which is very bad if you want full talk time then 200rs you will get 200 every one can’t affort it.
