I have been using this bsnl sim for more than 2years. It is the wrost network provides wrost service in telangana region.
It does not provide any offers during festivals and all. And this network is does not have signal in many areas so I will maintain telenor as my 2nd sim. Coming to internet speed is very slow and the charges of it is very expensive. So relay on this network.
