The network problem persists in this operator alot. However bsnl is providing lot of internet data in less money but its network for 3g is available only in cities. The calling is fine. But if looking for internet this does not fancy me. The worst thing about bsnl is the customer service center. In agra the people sitting in bsnl office are very annoying they don’t consider a customer as a customer. Also when it’s time for 4g internet bsnl is not able to bring it in india. 3g is not enough these days.
