I am an user of BSNL landline for so many years.I find it very user-friendly.Now, recently, I can get free calls at night from 9 pm to 7 am, which no other company offers.
I have tried Walky and other landlines, but I think they are utter waste because, either there is signal problem or calls get dropped often. Charges are very high and so many problems with billing. Moreover BSNL, though have minor issues like getting fault and making it right takes some time.
But other than that there are no bill related issues. Deposit is very less compared with others. From olden time onwards BSNL has been my favourite. Now a days many tariff plans are available, and we can choose one according to our usage. In ONE INDIA PLAN, we get monthly 50 free calls and calls are metered for 3 minutes, Rs.1, which is very cheap.So in my case I like BSNL servive.
