BSNL is worst when it comes to the Mobile Operator services. There are lot of problems related to BSNL network. The first of all being a poor network coverage. When I am in my college, there is no signal reception.
If you have to check your balance, data balance, or any other information, it becomes a headache. Even the USSR numbers doesn’t work efficiently. Sometimes, even when the phone is in network coverage, I cannot receive any calls or messages. And when I do, I receive a lot many messages altogether.
Moreover, a serious problem related with BSNL are the call drops. Calls disconnects most of the time during a long conversation.
The BSNL offices and the staff is just like of any government department. You cannot expect them to help you.
