I m using bsnl service since 2012 but now m fed up with this service.
Every time when my data is eroded, without informing me they deduct my main balance whatever I have . So many time, this happens to me and I lost 1200 rs. Because of this.
The 2nd thing am receiving’push messages’ every day 5-7 times on my phone.from Bt650500, 655888, 659797, 659797.
M feel irritating because of this.
And now more tricks they used to embrace us,
They send us incomplete, offers msg. And if by mistaken you join any offer than more than 50 rs. You lost.
Never trust any bsnl service.
Whenever I contact customer care. Somebody picks up the call
and said that the complain will be resolved very soon. But its been
more than 10 months and its not solved yet. And now I completely lose my hope. But one thing I definitely do is never used bsnl service.
