Before telling about network fit it in mind that charge of bsnl is too much high its charges are as much high as idea 4g . Its network signal is very bad . Even if you are stand ahead tower the network level is only 2 . If you will go in forest are or area which is called village the signal doesn’t show . So if you love travel so it not for you and if you have not luck I mean to say that the area where you live there is no bsnl tower so never buy it. Now coming to its customer service , its customer service is very bad . Because they deduct balance anytime from your sim . And when you call to its customer service i.e customer care they can confused you to much if you say that my balance is deducted so they can say that we provide you this facility , you pressed this number . And they never back your money to your account . The main issue is that some days customer service does not work means the customer care number not work which is the main issue of customer service of bsnl . As I write a title that worst network high charges so it is really true because its packs are so high . The talktime is okk at a timebut its 3G pack is so high and their is network is not good you can not used properly 3G . Its 2G or talktime charges is average but its 4G charges what can say about it they are very high !
