Bsnl is an govermant mobile operator.They have great network coverage but their speed is not that good.I am try this operator for three month but I did not notice any change in their 3g speed.C ostomer service always be a big problem of BSNL mobile network.If you call in service center maximum time you do not get connected.They take too much time to start a new SIM.
They do nothave cheap packages for 3g network.
Bsnl is an very old and govermant mobile operator they have too much money to spend on their company and make it large but it not happends until now.
