Hello guys, I want to share my personal experience about bsnl.First of all I had 2 connections of bsnl in my household and after experiencing the terrific service I had to switch all connections into other telecom services.The most important part is that though their pour services in voice calling and internet also the price is very high with compare to other operators.
Here are things I want to highlight-
NETWORK-though the network is quite stable but if you go out of the town(which was often happened with my father) the network service is terrible and operator keep telling’out of reach’.The most irritating part.
INTERNET-now bsnl says that the price of 3g connection is same as 2g but I am telling you that he 3g speed is lower than 2g speed of some other operators.You will get 40-50 kbps in 3g connections.Which is also not consistent.
CHARGES-the most shocking part of bsnl is its price.With terrible services they also charges high.No small amount promo packs is available, no small amount full talktime is available(you have to recharge big amount like 2000 rupees to avail full talktime). You can get barely offers which is very frequent in other mobile operators.
CUSTOMER SERVICES-another irritating fact of bsnl when you got a problem and you are trying to reach customer care they will not answer most of the time.You have to keep trying and trying to get to them.
Overall I was not at all happy with bsnl services and probably the worst telecom service I ever experienced.
