Bsnl is a very famous mobile operator service. Since many years bsln is giving a good competition to other mobile operator services. But many People dropped due to some problems. There is no proper signal at every place. If you are in a remote or outskirts of a city you’ll find signal. My Friend faced the same problem and many of my friends said. Currently bsln is providing 4G services. And one more important problem faced is if you add a data pack to bsln and use internet then there deduction of data as well as your Main balance which is your talk time balance. That 2star rating because it works locally good and providing 4G service. So, guys its up to you. If you live local you can use this. But in these days it may not be appropriate.
