I wonder why they are selling 3G plans when there is no difference between 2G and 3G speeds. I regret having switched to 3G on my mobile. I am paying more and getting nothing.
When I travel, I thought I can use my phone as a modem to connect to phone...but the data speed is pathetic. Even in the middle of the city, I don’t get more than 128kbps! In fact speedtest.net site itself doesn’t open.
On mobile I cannot play a 2 minute video or even listen to one song on saavn app without half a dozen ’breaks’. It ruins my music experience too! I always have to hunt for wi-fi. Why am I using their data plan at all!
Just because they are a govt company no complaints are of any use. If it were Airtel, they would have immediately rectified. In fact my friends who use Airtel and Aircel have no issues streaming Youtube videos on phone...when I struggle with BSNL....and I am become the laughing stock.
I want to port it...but because I get coverage in remote villages where there is no Airtel and I travel a lot, I am stuck to this. Uggghhhh!!!
