BSNL 3G as the name suggests offers various customers their so called 3G services which is more often than not A freaking lie.
I purchased the Sim as I do test different Sim cards every other month keeping my original 1 number stable.
The initial cost was Rs. 39 to buy the Sim but in order to activate it Rs 139 was needed as a part of their compulsory initial plan. But that than isnt my forte so in order to get the plan that I need I had to recharge it with Rs 49 plan too.
The customer service is a monotony of disease.
You simply just cant reach it.
Any part of the day or night, oops the service centre is always busy.
Gotta just get in there.
Mobile number portability is non existent.
So a customer like me who loves to try different Sims and then finding the best one and porting the main number into that company will be simply OUT OF LUCK.
Their internet speeds is not upto the mark either as Ive checked their results regularly on speedtest.net and never have I ever been amazed by the so called 3G mobile operator.
So what did we learn today kids?
Yes, thats right. All that shines is not always gold.
Putting a 3G tag doesnt mean it will provide you with 3G speeds.
