I have used other 4 broadband local services in my town but I have to say that BSNL is best among them.
Because for me I can compromise slightly with speed but I cant tolerate unstable connection.
In BSNL broadband I found constant and stable connection 24* 7 . yes the comparitively speed for same price is offering less than other.
But still I prefer BSNL because they are reliable and will answer you when you need service.
