Dear All. I am using the BSNL mobile sim for past 2 years. It was excellent network service. But from 2 months back,
whenever I call to other end, there won’t be clear network. And when I try to speak some important things, purposefully the network gets disconnected. I have observed frequently. I don’t know why it is happening.
And When I speak, I can hear my own voice but not the other end voice. It is very much irritating.
And toll free number when I try to call, As soon as I click on dial button, the meter starts operating and as many time it takes to get it connected, the currency will be detected.
This type of disturbance is not acceptable. There is no proper service given to the customers.
I have selected this network bcas.of govt. Network where service will be better.
Please try to rectify the issues mentioned above. and give a proper service to the customers.
