Talking about network of BSNL it’s awesome in my area but the customer support system is very bad. When I asking BSNL employees to set my wifi connection, they came to my house after a week of wait, and they resigtered my order but they never come to set up my wifi connection for next 1 month then I complained them, after which BSNL employee told me that they can’t setup wifi connection in my colony because the optical fiber was just 100 m away from my house. The employees of BSNL gives silly excuse, for each and every complaint I registered to them.
