Worst to worst service. Gets disconnected for than half days in a month, and even after taking the fiber plan, the LAN is disabled many times in a month. Extremely dissapointing service, take a lot of time(days-weeks) to resolve after registering the complaint. I stay near Gothapatna, Bhubaneswar, and it’s hoorible here. I don’t understand for what the athorities are getting paid. No sense of responsibility.
