Using BSNL BROADBAND from last few months, but this service hasn’t given me single attempt to appreciate their services.
Speed is OK. Sometimes speed is very good. Sometimes it’s very poor. Speed is not constant.
You can’t definitely rely on its connection. In last 3 months, more than 1.5 months my network was not working. There is every time some issue with their network.
Customer service is OK. Their executives come timely to resolve the problem but the problem is not resolved properly. It again appears as they went off.
There was the time, when I required Internet urgently, but thanks to BSNL network, my Internet was not working.
Not good network to rely on.
