I am using BSNL broadband since one year, I get almost 800/- of bill monthly. And the speed which I get for 800 rs is just 50-60 kbps download speed. How disgusting is this.
I used BSNL for almost a year because I never had a alternative network provider in my area so I opted to BSNL. But it was just waste of money.
The connection used to go frequently and the speed is like of 70’s times.
If we compare to other network providers like Idea, BSNL is not even turtle in front of them.
And the main thing they had only 4gb of download limit monthly, that was the worst part. The customer service people are so dumb and they dont even provide adequate information regarding their service and their conduct towards customer is very poor.
BSNL is just thuging people, it is not even providing good service beside of costly plans.
It is worst internet service provider I have used.
Dont go for it at all.
