I am using this BSNL broadband service in Punjab, they have a plan of 600/-. The speed is ok ok types, after living in Bangalore you will find the speed less for downloading, otherwise for browsing it is excellent. But the limit is very less and they do not have much plans. It is kind of fixed. But the customer support is excellent there. If you complain for a connectivity issue, they will try to resolve it ASAP.
A service which is good enough without downloading.
