BSNL is one of the biggest broadband service in India. Nowadays fast Internet is used everywhere. BSNL is quite fast compare with other broadband services. It speed is 2MB per sec highest. But nowadays other broadband providers provide a good quality of speed in there network service. I used BSNL for last 8 months and I have faced many problems in it.
In the end of the month the internet speed is quite slow in my opinion whare I suffer.
Connection reliability is quite good in my personal experience but some times it doesn’t work properly.
The customer service of this broadband service is good. They provide a good service to there customers. But the main issue is speed.
