Bsnl broadband is really so irritating broadband. We have this broadband in our school. We already paid money for a year. So we were so much frustrated with this broadband. In year, it was dead for eight months and much. So we could used only four months of this broadband. Every time, we waste our time to call them and waited for them. They came after a month the net would be gone in next two or three days. They are not conxious about their customer. After some days, we had to do all process to start our internet. We were so much frustrated with this broadband. This not Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited but we can say it Brother Say No to Landline. This type of irritating landline who has no time for their customer. They only cheat us. They do not give any service to their customer. Please do something to improve yourself. I stopped the service of this broadband because we have to work regularly. Because of this broadband, we faced many problems in our work. How we do our work without internet? BSNL have to do something for their customer satisfaction.
