I am using post paid home plan named BB HOME COMBO ULD625. According to the plan it should give download speed of 512 Kbps upto usage of 4 GB and 256 Kbps after that. **But the speed rarely goes beyond 100 Kbps irrespective of my usage.
* Also the internet link breaks now and then.
The second problem is ... I am not able to speak to customer care of BSNL on any of the below mentioned number.. The call gets disconnected automatically after some time..
