BSNL broadband is one of the largest company to provies you the broadband connection.BSNL claims that they have a good bradband service which provides you the faster internet connection but these are all false claims.I live in chandigarh and in my area there is only one broadband service provider which is BSNL.Recently 5 months ago my brother shifted to canada and we used to do videocall to each other thats why I apply for the BSNL broadband connection.I thought BSNL will be great and we will not face any problems.But the day I apply for the connection the officer says that the connection will be provided to you within 4 days.I waited for more than 15 days and call them for their assistance then they listened my problem and the next day I got the connection.Their staff is so ir responsible that they forgot to bring the modem.They finished the work in 2 days which can be finished in 2 hrs.Then the speed for first 2 days was good vut the 3rd day it got a massive decrease in the speed.I checked my usage and found that I have remaining good amount of high speed data.But the speed was lower than the speed of my regular sim card’s internet connection.I called and conpalint about this then their staff came after 2 days and say that this is the speed of the BSNL service provider.I was very disappointed and remove my broadband connection.
