Worlds WORST Broadband company

Hi Guys, I use to think and ask my self that is there any service provider in the world who has the worst services and customer service.


To my surprise YES there is. It is BSNL. Not only BSNL has mastered the art of giving the worst services but also managed to give even more worst customer support.


I got the connection installed with the 1000 bucks plan in which they(only) say 1MBPS. For 1st 2 months the services was fine and then the internet stopped working. I complaied and there was no action take by the BSNL staff for 15 days and after 15 days when the tech(Line man) came to check he said it is a fault with the line in your area(Panchkula) that is why it is not working. When the fault will be repaired the internet will work.


So when I asked when this will happen the reply was out of this World "I am just a lineman, I do not own BSNL. How can I know"


Anyways after 3 more days the service was up and running. I had some issues with the service in a timeframe of next 4-6 months but they were not major.


Then finally a day came my internet stopped(1 month) on repeated calls and complaints no one came. Then with some help I got the number of one of the high up official in BSNL. I had a talk and then that evening 3 techs came and checked my connection.


Please do not go for BSNL.


I got Ynet installed now and it is AMAZING. I dont know if they give service in other areas but in CHD and PKL they do. 14MBPS speed(Yes and we get 14MBPS) with 100GB download limit. After 100GB the speed goes done to BSNL’S best 1MBPS


The plan is just for Rs 1600/- with taxes. Thanks
