I m Using BSNL for last 10 months but now I moved it. This service is not only the worst service but also lowest speed. the customer service make you mentally sick. They say they have a complaint resolution of 24 hrs but they never close it in less than 5-7 days. And the worst part is they dont even give you waiver saying that connection was active. I would ideally rate the customer service 1/10 and
connection as 2/10. There is also a head ache of logging in every time through BSNL broadband page which hardly opens. Now I got the new connection as I feel like now Im getting complete value for money.
