BSNL service is worsen day by day

Dear BSNL, I am your customer since 1997, but at present your service in our locality is worst. The employees working here, are not cooperating at all with us. Telephones are out of order for several days, complaints are lodged for several times but the situations remain the same. There is no customer service prevails in our exchange(Baguiati Exg. Kolkata-700059, 2576-xxxx Exg.). The behavior of lines-man is horrible. Our main exchange i.e. Dum Dum Exchange is one step forward. We have to face lots of troubles to make them understood our problems specially in Broadband Deptt. In this situation, it seems to us that we have committed wrong in taking BSNL connection.


The attitude of BSNL employee/personnel, here, is that they are doing mercy to the BSNL customers. They should remember that the services they are providing to us are not free, we, the customers of BSNL, have to pay for that and BSNL is bound to provide that service. This type of attitude from BSNL turns it to become a sick company in future. My telephone & Broadband is out of order for last 7 days and BSNL is doing nothing to solve it. When I contacted with Baguiati Exg., I was informed that work is in progress but they were unable to state the time within which it would be solved. I do pay Rs.867/- p.m. to BSNL for telephone & Broadband and the service from your end is totally dissatisfactory. You, the BSNL claiming to give good customer service, compel us to shift to different service provider. This type of  activities from BSNL is totally frustrating.
