Worst Service provider. Internet was not working for more than 13 days. I have registered the complaint for more than 7 times. Took the modem directly to office.
They informed that they will send the person directly to check the connection. No one came. Called up several people and each of them gave me a phone number of another person. None of them was responsible. No one picks up the call. Useless customer care. Never opt this BSNL.
