I am using this connection from last 3-4 years. one of the worst broadband connection I never seen. it connection lost every 3 hours.then we have to contact for bsnl care. the internet speed for the computer is very slow in villages while in cities it provide some better services.
they give better service and support but again we contact them for daily repair.this is the one of the most problem we are facing from this broadband connection since from begening.But it is well using for those people who does not more internet daily.
