I am using BSNL broadband service since 4 years almost rvery month there is a network issue or connceting problem. every tine wen I get this problem my work is delayed for atleast 3 days and it always get me in trouble in weekends which means I have to wait 5 days more. The line man comes every month as he was very know to us as he was coming every month for problem. we asked why we are getting this problem and the rest of the users are not least troubled. He simply replied its in the height so you will get trouble sometimes as he dont care. The work done by the line men are not satisfactory but they take money for servecing even though its free of cost. So think before you apply for BSNL.
