Very costly and poor service

I used BSNL broadband for three months only after that I was bound to close my account because of huge bill of BSNL. Actually I got the connection for using 3G speed of internet on my laptop. But I was a big fool that I selected BSNL for that. The service charge is very high. Also the complaints were not get cleared immediately. We had top wait for 3 to 4 working days for costumer support. Moreover the speed of the date depends completely on weather condition outside. During rainy season one cannot expect the connection intact. I suggest the BSNL to kindly improve your service. Your service is very poor. I am telling about the scene held with me on 2012 at Jalandhar Punjab.


Moreover, I got the connection of rural area, which was somewhat cheaper, suddenly the rate increases without any intimation. I faced a huge bill on the third month of my connection. I immediately dropped the connection by calling the costumer care. The service is such irresponsible that the cable was hanging outside my door for a month or more.
