BSNL broadband one of the baddest broadband service of India. there is no support for soon and very much bad customer service by the brand.
I was looking for the broadband service with good speed so I took connection of BSNL broadband of 2mbps. but in few days I feel the speed of broadband is not like 2mbps so I call the costumer service the line man came after 2 days and said speed is ok. but I know that was very much slow.
after few days there is a fault in line so I call again to customer care and inform tham about the problem same like before the executive came after the 2 days and chek the line make it proper but again I have to face problem in next 48 hour.
speed issue is always stable with this brand but the costumer support is also very bad. you have to call the line man personally if you want your service backup very much fast.
if you are thinking to new connection service with BSNL than I will highly say no to you. please choose an other service operator.
