Worst experience with BSNL broadband

I was using BSNL broadband since last 1.5 years. I wanted to change to Airtel, due to their poor service. Speed was good but there was some frequent technical failures (Specially on weekends). When I applied for cancellation I had to take 3 days leave from my office, spent whole day running behind the accounts section officer for No dues. Then ran behind the store in charge to get a clearance on submission of instruments. There was a splitter box missing for which I was ready to pay the extra cost. They asked me to purchase the same from market and submit. It took long 2 days and still I could not get a cancellation application since the honorable SDE was on leave. I had to come the other day and submit the application. He gave me receiving on the application form. Its been a month and I still receive bills from BSNL. Still don’t bother about their database updation.
