Speed of the isp connection is good but it also depends on what plans you are choosing. I would like to state that airtel is better than bsnl broadband because airtel gives more downloading speed than bsnl on the same speed of isp connection. Connection is worst, I must say. Most of the times server is dead or down. You will never be satisfied with the service they provide. customer care representatives are responsive but they just keep ignoring your problems on the problem of the dead connection. Plus they want every kind of documents before giving you a connection. Lots problems are there with bsnl. If They cannot provide that much good internet service, then what is matter to apply for bsnl for a connection. Think About that. After all it’s your money and time.
