I am a bsnl internet user from the year 2005, Its good if talk about speed of surfing.
The connection is disconnecting multiple time in a day and we can’t rely on that for a long time. Sometime there is no connectivity for many days.
If we complaint about the connectivity and other issues they don’t take any action because its a govenment service provider employee don’t want to do work. It takes many days to resolve a problem.
My suggestion is that government should change the department in private from the public. Then it became must better.
