I had used this internet broadband for three years 2013 to 2016 and in the starting of this year when I heard about 570Rs plan of connect I immediately shifted to Connect. So based on 3 year experience and with respect to connect that I m using, these are:-

Service:- have to bring the man just call & complain PROS: - 1. Easily availability of connection even in rural areas
- Plans are cheaper than others because of Indian company
CONS:- 1. Most bad thing about bsnl is the shortage of services, it can take upto one week to solve the issue
Because of under-grounded wires, the problem in internet is very often.
Customer care support is very poor
internet speed is very poor as compared to others
