BSNL broadband is known for slow speeds. It is more of a narrow band. I have used the 4mbps plan of bsnl broadband and have been disappointed by it. I didn’t knew there is something called HD streaming because bsnl broadbanf wouldn’t allow me to do it even with 4mbps plan. I couldn’t watch YouTube videos because they always kept buffering. The pages loaded just fine. But I wouldn’t recommend bsnl broadband to anyone.
