BSNL - BAD SERVICE NETWORK LIMITED

I applied for bsnl broadband service for the 449 plan. which gives umlimited internet for a month consisting 10 gb of high speed net i.e., speed b/w 1Mbps-2Mbps and after that the speed will decrease and will come upto 1 Mbps. this was just the figures described in the brochure. but what I am getting is completely different.


why should not use bsnl net:




  1. there after sales service is poor.




  2. when I applied for the net they didn’t told me about different hidden costs but in the end I had to pay them to get the internet service.




  3. most of the times, the speed is not more than 512 Kbps and when I call them they always say that they are working on the same as their are similar complaints from my area, but the speed does’t increase.




  4. many times their server gets down and so their is no reliability.




  5. their onsite service is poor and twice I had to go to the bsnl office to bring the technician to see to the problem.
