When I heared about BSNl broadband, I thought about to take a chance , who knows BSNL would be able to give some really good stuff but I was proven wrong.
Speed of ISP connection-
I was being told to get atleast 2 mbps of speed anywhere.So, naturally I was amazed and was excited. Also, I am in such a job profile that I have to do a lot of work online but I am rarely getting speed of even 250 kbps even in Ludhiyana. Even a lighter site takes about half a minute to be opened via it. Disgusting! And I am even not be able to work on facebook properly due to the speed problem.
Connection and Reliability-
I am facing the problem of connection lost almost in the gap of every 2-3 days.The connection is being lost for about a whole day, sometimes for more. Talking about Reliability, its performance is showing nowhwere that it is reliable anymore.
Service and Support-
BSNL Broadband is the most pathetic in the terms of service and support. They hardly receive any call and reply in such a dull manner as if they do not care about it. After complaining for almost one month I have hardly got the servicemen to repair my problem and even after that he was hardly knowing about anything and was so annoying.
So, overall its not a good choice to buy the broadband.
