I am using a bsnl broadband till last 2 years.but till there are many network and technical issues occcur.The costumer support of Bsnl is also not helpful they not reply and not solve a costumer problem properly.the bsnl is the oldest service provider and they not develop our services and Facelities towards time change.when the weather is not good or the rain is occur then thier services are destroy and not work till 4-5 days. If we talk about it’s speed so it is average.It provide a speed of 1 mbps which is normal to home related use.It’s speed is normal but it’s services and connection are not so reliable and their costumer support is also not so good to solve the costumer problem immediately.
