I had a long association with BSNL broadband service. Earlier it was a okey type service provider. But in the last few years its broadband service has become irritating. Most of the time there is link error or time out. Once the problem starts, minimum 3 days will be needed to rectify the error. There is no one in the customer care. Its very strange that no body will receive the phone in the customer care. If you go to local Telephone exchange, you will see hardly any person to help you. I have gathered a very bad experience with BSNL broadband. Pls, stop using it as soon as possible to get relieved of the poor service.
