Hi friends, here is your friend niranjan and today I will share my bad experience with bsnl broadband. I am past user of BSNL broadband and I will reflects the facts that BSNL getting worse day-by-day. Now I have purchased a BSNL EVDO(3.2Mbps) UE100 by prithvi prepaid dongle with a pack of 825 each time for over 2 years. And I have fed up what I have faced in those days with internet. First of all their internet speed- its a palagarised internet connection with a static IP which is worse in its own terms. Maybe some people still argue with the superiority of BSNL firewall but let me tell you, the private ISP’s has become much more affordable and reliable these days. The connection drop is one of the major issue in BSNL. There are several times I have been said that due to connection maintenance the internet is down and you won’t be able to use internet in this period. And guess what, this period doesn’t have fixed time once I have wait for a month till the maintenance is done with my whole pack gone into waste. Now there services and support are worse, the service centre staff don’t even know what are the packages that BSNL is offering. I mean could you believe it they are dumb& duffers.
