I’m using Bsnl broadband for last 5 years. If you want a high-speed internet connection, BSNL is not for you. If you are a normal internet user so you can take a normal pack of BSNL. Only a user who only uses his internet connection for watching some youtube videos, for Facebook and other uses so BSNL is for you.
INTERNET SPEED:- normally it provides a high-speed connection for download. BSNL is very slow for upload. its have a medium speed on searching.
SERVICE & SUPPORT:- very bad.
it’s a GOVT network.
No customer service available on Sundays.
